"I have always saved up for furniture. It has great value for me to stay with things that are timeless and naturally become more beautiful with time. I'm not much for the word trend. Of course it is costly to an extent because I alway choose superior materials. But..... the furniture and design will last a lifetime." - Søren Hvalsøe Garde

A square peninsula constitutes the kitchen's center. Soren has even drawn the simple lines made of Dinesen planks without handles, which highlights the feel of wood. The tabletop is made of steel, and the rear wall of linoleum with built-in hob and fridge.
