Hans J. Wegner (1914 - 2007) GE 7 sofa daybed. This iconic daybed in the teak and cane version on tapered legs is rare and highly collectable. The woven cane backrest lifts upwards to reveal a storage space for pillows, cushions and blankets and functions as a bed. The original sprung cushion has been newly upholstered. Designed in 1954 and produced by Getama.
