Vintage Jürg Bally (1923 - 2002) S.T. table in teak. This rare and beautiful table, designed by the Swiss architect in 1951 for his wife, is one of the few iconic Swiss designs and is on permanent display at the Museum für Gesttaltung in Zurich. The S.T. abbreviation is a play on words for Ess (eat) and Tee (tea) in German as the height of the table at its lowest functions as a coffee table and a dining table at its highest. The tabletop rests on three crossed over legs with a concealed lever that allows seven adjustable heights. Produced by Wohnhilfe.
